About Our Services

Wristspinear provides educational habit coaching focused on sleep, movement, nutrition, and stress recovery routines. Our products include single Foundation Sessions, the Four-Week Rhythm Program, and Annual Accountability Coaching. Coaching supports personal development and is not a substitute for licensed clinical care where that is required.

Eligibility

You must be at least eighteen years old and capable of entering a binding agreement under Norwegian law. If you book on behalf of an organization, you confirm authority to bind that entity.

Website Use

You may browse wristspinear.world for lawful purposes. You agree not to interfere with site security, scrape content without permission, upload malicious code, or misrepresent your identity in forms or communications.

Bookings and Payments

Program descriptions and NOK prices on habit-starter-kits.html are invitations to treat. A booking becomes binding when Wristspinear confirms availability and issues payment instructions or accepts payment. Prices include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Late payments may delay session scheduling.

Session Attendance

Clients are responsible for joining sessions on time. Reschedule requests require at least twenty-four hours notice unless otherwise stated in program materials. Missed sessions without notice may be forfeited according to the Return Policy.

Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, follow safety guidance for physical activities you choose to adopt, and consult qualified professionals for concerns outside coaching scope. Implement suggestions at your own pace and inform your coach of relevant health limitations without disclosing unnecessary sensitive details.

Intellectual Property

All content on wristspinear.world, including text, layouts, worksheets, and branding, belongs to Wristspinear or licensors. You receive a personal, non-transferable license to use materials delivered through purchased programs for your own habit development. Redistribution or commercial reuse is prohibited without written consent.

Confidentiality

Coaches treat session content as confidential within the team, subject to legal duties and safety exceptions. You agree not to record sessions or share proprietary materials publicly without permission.

Disclaimer

Coaching outcomes depend on individual effort and context. Wristspinear does not guarantee specific results. Website information is provided as general guidance and may change without notice.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Norwegian law, Wristspinear is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from site use or coaching participation. Aggregate liability for proven direct losses related to a paid product is limited to fees paid for that product in the preceding twelve months.

Termination

We may suspend access or terminate coaching relationships for breach of these terms, abusive conduct, or non-payment. Provisions on confidentiality, intellectual property, and liability survive termination.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by Norwegian law. Disputes shall be submitted to Norwegian courts with venue in Bergen unless mandatory consumer rules provide otherwise.

Force Majeure

Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control, including severe weather, infrastructure outages, or public health restrictions affecting studio access in Ulset. We will offer remote alternatives where possible.

Modifications to Products

We may update session formats, materials, or pricing for future purchases. Confirmed bookings honor the description and price at the time of confirmation.
