This Return Policy explains cancellation, rescheduling, and refund rules for coaching products sold by Wristspinear through wristspinear.world and direct agreements.

Digital Coaching Nature

Habit coaching products combine live sessions, digital materials, and personalized planning. Once a session is delivered or customized materials are prepared, value has been consumed and refunds may be limited as described below.

Foundation Session (890 NOK)

You may cancel without fee up to forty-eight hours before the scheduled start time. Cancellations within forty-eight hours may incur an administrative fee of 250 NOK. If Wristspinear cancels, you receive a full refund or complimentary reschedule within thirty days.

If, after completing the session, agreed objectives documented in your booking confirmation were not addressed, notify us within seven days at help@wristspinear.world. We will offer a partial credit toward another program or a repeat session at no additional charge.

Four-Week Rhythm Program (3 490 NOK)

Cancel before the first live session for a full refund minus a 150 NOK processing fee. After the first session, refunds are calculated proportionally for unused weeks not yet scheduled, minus delivered materials value of 400 NOK.

Pauses up to fourteen days are permitted once per enrollment for illness or travel with written notice.

Annual Accountability Coaching (12 900 NOK)

Cancel within fourteen days of purchase without sessions consumed for a seventy-five percent refund. After fourteen days or after the first monthly session, refunds follow the unused month method: remaining full months divided by twelve multiplied by the annual fee, less a 600 NOK administrative charge.

Annual plans converted from shorter programs receive prorated credits documented on your invoice.

Rescheduling

Reschedule at no charge with twenty-four hours notice. Late cancellations count as attended sessions under package allotments.

Chargebacks

Contact Wristspinear before initiating chargebacks so we can resolve concerns. Unfounded chargebacks may suspend future bookings.

Norwegian Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy limits mandatory rights under Norwegian consumer legislation for distance contracts where applicable. Consumers may have statutory withdrawal rights for certain online purchases unless services began with express consent.

How to Request a Refund

Email help@wristspinear.world with your full name, program purchased, purchase date, and reason. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within fourteen business days.
